Tonight I share my love for a real family favourite - pasta! Using simple tips and flavour hacks, I show you four new ways to prepare this baseline ingredient that's always a hit. There’s my one-pot chicken and mushroom pasta using an ingredient not commonly found in Italian kitchens - soy sauce! A sophisticated white ragu made from sausages and finished with crispy sage leaves.
