This week I’ve got episode 7 of my newest TV show, Real Time Recipes, coming your way! It’s all about “Nostalgic Nights In” on Wednesday at 8pm on RTÉ One. I’ve got three dishes that take inspiration from the recipes I grew up with, some family favourites that would be a hit in any household! My upcoming book Real Time Recipes, filled with all the recipes from the show, is now available for pre-order and will be released in Autumn 2025!

For those craving a proper comfort food, I’ve got the ultimate steak sandwich, made with my go-to cut for a quick and delicious dinner. There’s also a classic homemade chilli, paired with crispy air-fryer tortilla chips. And finally, a timeless favourite that transforms leftovers into something special my Dad’s Spanish omelette.
