Welcome back to Real Time Recipes! I’m so excited to share episode six with you: One Dish Dinners on Wednesday at 8pm on RTÉ One. I’ve got three recipes that are one pan wonders for those evenings you want to be anywhere but at the sink, washing lots of pots after dinner! Prepare yourself for a deliciously irresistible lineup! I have a quick pork saltimbocca with lots of flavour that will as the Italians say "jump in your mouth". I give the infamous One Pan Pasta a spicy assassins glow-up with lots of heat and spice. A warming chicken dish that is typically simmered for hours, but this version is super speedy topped with a fresh salsa verde. Finally, just what you want at the end of a busy week - a really, really good Pad Thai, with tiger prawns, tamarind and oodles of flavour that is so simple to pull together - Let’s get cooking!
