Today I labeled our first bottle of Olive Oil!

and we tasted it!

Hi folks!

Greetings from a cold, wild, blustery Howth. It's finally here! I have just labeled our first bottle of our long awaited Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our Wind Shore Goods collection and rushed it home to our cottage to share with Sofie my wife and our two boys. We celebrated the first taste by dunking some sourdough bread in it. It's utterly divine- so peppery and bright and vividly green.

Next week we will start labelling, packing and sending orders out. As I mentioned in my last letter, it’s been quite a journey to get here (who’s idea was it to start a business!) and today I breathed a sigh of relief!
